A quickly removable top adaptor with a stainless steel locating post in the centre.

Makes your Altair Tri Pier compatible with the following iOptron mounts:

  • CEM25
  • CEM40
  • GEM45

The pier top mount adaptor can be kept attached to the mount for quicker setup, and stowed in a padded mount carry bag (available separately). To remove the pier top adapter from the Altair Tri-Pier, simply loosen the 3 knobs, rotate and lift it clear. Reverse to replace it seconds.
