Altair Solar Finder Scope. Fits Most telescopes. 


Precision CNC machined from billet aluminium. 

Safe and quick way to find the sun with your telescope. 

For rough alignment, first view the disc of light cast by sun on the back-plate from the front. 

The red dot visible through at the rear of the finder illuminates when aligned with the sun.
 
Front viewing Disc is adjustable for fine tuning via the two screws. First make the Sun is centered through the telescope then slightly loosen the screws and fine tune image projected in the solar finder to the center of the window.

Remember, never view the sun through a telescope without a professional solar filter!
