Altair 0.8x M54 Reducer for Altair 70ED Starwave Series Refractor

This changes your Starwave 70ED into a high fidelity astrograph, with better colour correction and performance than most photographic lenses.
 

Exposure times are drastically reduced. The field is flattened, and widened.
 

The telescope focal ratio changes from already fast F6 / 420mm to an even faster F4.8 with a 336mm focal length.
 

The focal reducer screws directly into the M54 rear of the Starwave 70ED Refractor Focuser, countering sagging and flex for rounder stars, and sharper images.
 

Spacing from the rear of the reducer's M48 Male thread to the camera sensor is 55mm.
