The existing Acuter Solarus-80 is an 80mm solar telescope with a safe, permanently-mounted white-light solar filter of glass construction, useful for many aspects of white-light solar observing, including sunspots, solar eclipses, solar surface details & the transits of inner planets across the Sun. 

Features a built-in rotating filter wheel, complete with pre-installed filters to allow the Sun to be viewed in different colours. Supplied with a universal smartphone camera adaptor to take photos using your smartphone, to keep a photographic record of your observations.

The Acuter Solarus-80 conforms to and meets the transmission requirements of ISO 12312-2:2015 (Filters for the direct observation of the Sun). Always use in accordance with the instructions.
